Classic and timeless is what comes to mind when we think of this end of August wedding at the gorgeous Alderbrook Resort. White florals with small accents of soft blush and lush greenery throughout.

We couldn’t have lucked out with a more beautiful day, not too hot, sunshine and a beautiful sunset.

The groom wore a classic tux, while the bride has the most beautiful off the shoulder gown. Their style was effortless. Her bouquet of white blooms and emerald greenery tucked throughout was the perfect contrast to his black tux.

Their large wedding party was just as striking! Satin dresses in shades of rose gold, blush and copper, the ladies looked amazing. The guys were all in classic tuxes that helped set the tone for this celebration.

We added light blush roses and dahlias to the bridesmaids bouquets to pop against their dresses. The deep emerald greenery brought everything together for the ladies.

The ceremony backdrop is always the show stopper. We added a large floral group to the arch and ground florals at the entrance of the aisle. All white and greenery to compliment that view. Keeping the florals lush and simple added a garden feel and kept the design timeless.

Walking into the reception tent, you felt transported to a romantic garden dinner. Greenery above lining the cafe lights and long tables lined with greenery, and candles, lots of candles. We did a mix of floating candles and pillar candles on the tables, we love doing this to bring in interest and different heights of candlelight. A few blush blooms were tucked in the greenery runners to give a little soft pop of color. We loved adding a little spray rose at each guests place setting. It is the little details that take the design to another level.

I think our favorite shots from this day, are the evening ones. Dark outside, but the tent lit up with candles and cafe lights. It is dreamy, romantic and unforgettable.

This classic design proves you don’t need to flower everything, and candlelight can really set the tone of the night.
