Flowers are such an important component to the design of your wedding or event, no matter the size. We are excited to offer different floral package options for your big day. We love working with texture and color of local, in-season blooms and greenery to help make your design unique and memorable.
Sublime Stems creates custom floral designs to compliment your style, reflect your overall theme, and look great in the venue for your event. We help you through the process of deciding what flowers you need for your specific event and using American grown blooms and foliage as much as possible.

+ Complimentary Consultation. We will set up a virtual meeting or phone call to go over the items you need and the vision for your flowers and decor.
+ Custom Floral Proposal. We will create detailed proposal along with an inspiration board to give you an idea of what your design, colors and flowers can look like on your big day. Our prices are custom to what you are wanting, the time of year and what flowers and foliage are in-season for your big day.
+ Access to our rental inventory. We will help coordinate all the vases and candle holders from our large inventory with your overall look and include rentals in the proposal.
+ Site Visit Walk Through. Time to get excited! Walking through your venue, we can visualize the florals in the space and really start to put details on the design.

Our Micro Wedding package is best for weddings with less than 50 guests. Flowers for the ceremony that transition to the reception as well as table arrangements. Small wedding with big design.

Need to rent vases or candles, we have that covered. As much as we would like to be your florist, we don’t require you to book florals to rent our inventory.

Depending on when your wedding is, about 6 months to 1 year. Popular dates go fast and we try to not double book our days or weekends. We can always get you booked and make changes as we go along. Our advice, as soon as you book your venue.
For Elopements and Mini Weddings, we need at least two weeks notice to order the blooms.

Yes we do and we love to travel! We travel all around the state of Washington, Oregon and beyond. We can’t wait for the perfect events to take us across to the East Coast or to other countries. A travel or delivery amount will be added into your proposal.

Our custom floral design isn’t really a package and typically starts at $4,000. Our small elopement packages start at $450. We have an A La Carte menu if you aren’t needing everything our custom floral design offers.

Our elopement package is just for the personal flowers and delivery, quick and simple. The A La Carte option let’s you add more to your day if you need but with a pick up only option.

Our retainer amount is 25% of your total invoice at contract signing. For elopement and mini wedding floral, payment is due in full at time of signing the contract. We go over all the payment due dates and amounts when you receive your proposal. We accept payment via major credit cards, or personal checks.

You can, but we have a large inventory of stylish vases, candles, arches as well as other amazing details that you have access to with our different packages. So don’t worry about hunting down 20 vases for your centerpieces and 150 votive holders. We have you covered.

This depends on a few different factors. How far your event is from our studio, how many vehicles and team members are needed for set up as well as the length of time it will take to set up the ceremony, stay to move any items from ceremony to reception as well as reception set up. This is also custom to your event, but is broken down on a line item on your proposal. Delivery is included in our elopement package, up to 45 miles from our studio in 98188.

Yes, we do! We have dried florals as an option fo our elopement an micro wedding packages. We could als include them in our custom floral design, just let us know.
