Stems, our a la carte collection, is easy to order, pick up and enjoy on your special day. We have worked hard to streamline the process for a stress free flower order. By working with in-season blooms and greenery from American grown farmers, to create this semi-custom experience with you, this helps keep cost down while delivering amazing floral elements for your beautiful day.

HOW IT WORKS

Select your pick up date. We ask that you pick up 1-2 days before your event date.

Payment in full is due at checkout. You will receive an email to confirm all the details for your big day.

Hand-Tied Bouquet

Our signature lush and layered handtied bouquet will complete your look. Select your preferred style to carry down the aisle. You will love your bouquet of in-season flowers and greenery tied with a silk ribbon wrap.
Stems are cut short and wrapped in silk ribbon finished with pearl pins. A vase is included to keep your bouquet hydrated when not being enjoyed.

Petite Bouquet

A dainty bouquet of layered blooms and greenery. Gorgeous in-season flowers and greenery in your preferred style. Satin ribbon wrap.

Boutonniere

Complete their look with a splash of color. Our boutonnieres are made to coordinate with bouquets or other florals in the design. Made with small in-season blooms and greenery sprigs and a magnetic back for easy attachment.

Your boutonniere will arrive wrapped in silk ribbon with a magnetic backing. When not enjoying your boutonniere, keep it wrapped in wet paper towel and container we provide, keep in cool place like fridge or air conditioned room.

Pocket Boutonniere

Floral pocket boutonniere is a modern take on the flowers for the suit jacket. Coordinating flowers and greenery to the bouquets, this slides into the pocket square without pins or magnets. A great choice for a bold look.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You may place your a la carte order up to 6 months from your event date. Orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance with any final add ons at the 10 day mark (Please email us for any add ons info@sublimestems.com).

  • No, unfortunately we do not ship our flowers. We only offer studio pick up at our location in Tukwila, WA.

  • At our studio in Tukwila, WA. We will send a detailed email about where to park and where to pick up your florals two weeks prior to you even date. Please note that once you pick them up, they will be under your responsibility.

  • We do not offer payment plans at this time. All items must be purchased in advance for us to properly plan for your event.

  • Yes, during the checkout process, you will be asked to agree to our a la carte agreement. We will also send via email a contract for you to sign.

  • We are unable to provide mock-ups of our a la carte items in advance of your event. Due to the seasonality of floral products, we’ve found that samples do not provide an accurate indication of what you will receive on the day-of.

  • Yes! Email is our favorite way to communicate about your order and ensures we don’t overlook any important details.

  • We do not offer event set up or break down for our A La Carte events. Our florals come safely packaged in water and containers ready to be placed where you need. We are more than happy to help you chose where your items will look best in your venue over email ahead of your event date.

  • Yes! We are able to accept add ons to your order up to 10 days in advance of the pick up date. Any orders placed less than 10 days from your event may incur a rush fee and we will not be able to guarantee the same fresh materials though we will do our best to ensure they match.

  • Yes and no. Yes, you can let us know your favorite or one that you really wan to incorporate. No, we can’t have you choose all to keep the ease of this process. We work closely with our American grown wholesalers to make sure you receive local and the most amazing blooms and greenery.

  • We are unable to remove items from your order once it is placed.

  • You may cancel your order up to 30 days from your event date for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 30 days from the event date will receive credit towards a future order, except in the event we receive a cancellation request within 7 days or less of your event date. Cancellation requests within 7 days of pick up will not be accepted and the customer will incur full charges.

  • We can not accommodate changes to your event date. In the event of a date change or postponement, our cancellation policy would apply. You may cancel your order up to 30 days from your event date for a full refund, minus a 10 percent convenience fee. Any cancellations made less than 30 days from the event date will receive credit towards a future order, except in the event we receive a cancellation request within 7 days or less of your event date. Cancellation requests within 7 days of pick up or delivery date will not be accepted and the customer will incur full charges with exception of the delivery fee.
