An elegant and simple wedding at Sodo Park, Seattle

The always popular venue, Sodo Park has always been a favorite of ours. The space is so gorgeous with natural light and enormous ceilings. No matter the style of your big day, it will always look amazing in this venue. Marissa and Taylor wanted a show stopper of an arch to stand under but to make the tables a classic and simple style. While we always love a mix of centerpieces, it was so fun to see all the tables dressed in the same style and romantic floating candles for the guests to enjoy.

Taylor wore his military uniform and it looked so good against the city backdrop and Marissa in her flowing gown. So stunning and romantic.

The bridesmaids wore matching dusty rose long dresses in different styles. Their bouquets of small greenery and simple white blooms looked so good against that shade of pink. Marissa wanted an oblong bouquet of all white flowers and soft greenery. This was a fun one to make and loved the movement and unique shape.

Peeking through the curtains that had climbing greenery on the sheer draping, is such a classic entrance to this venue. We love hearing the guests arrive and be in awe of the grandness and beauty of Sodo Park…it happens every time.

Candles lined the aisle and glimmered with the light and sunlight that kept beaming in. The oversized oval arch was a perfect fit for the altar. A little modern touch with timeless white flowers and flowing greenery on the asymmetrical design.

Love the view from the couple’s sweetheart table. Overlooking all of their friends and family enjoying the night with amazing food at a candle light dinner.
