Sublime Stems is now offering plant rentals!
Are you a real estate agent looking to elevate the staging of your homes on the market? Or, a photographer looking for greenery for corporate/branding photoshoots?
Plants have the natural ability to make any space more appealing by adding color, organic texture and life (that’s why we love them)!
Our vast array of houseplants includes common varieties and some of our favorite tropicals. All that will look good in any style of house, room or backdrop.
All of our plants come in neutral pots that are chosen to fit any design desired.
Plant Staging Packages Include…
A quick consultation to go over what plants are needed. Installation, removal and 2 weeks of rental fees for…
2 (1 small & 1 medium) in Kitchen
3 (1 small, 1 medium & 1 large) in Living Room
2 (1 small or medium & 1 large) in a Bedroom
This package starts at $385.
Add on as many rooms as you’d like for $60/room (2 plants per room). We can also create a custom order for each listing.
After the first 2 weeks, $85/ for 2 additional weeks covers the rental and maintenance fees until your sale is complete.
Our Process
Consultation
We can hop on a phone or virtual call to go over the style & size of the space you need plants for. Sending pictures or doing a virtual walk through would be ideal. We can figure out how many plants you will need, as well as the dates needed.
Delivery
All our plants will be delivered the date you need, watered, fed and ready to shine. We can come and place the plants in designated spots or help find the perfect spot for the plants to hang out.
Maintenance
If our plants are needed for more than a two week period, we will schedule a time to come and water, check on and make sure they are looking their best.
Removal
As soon as the house or space sells, notify us and we will schedule a time within that week to come and pick up our plants. We make it easy!
