Summer wedding at Kiana Lodge

One of our favorite venues is just a short, beautiful ferry ride away from Seattle. Kiana Lodge is so gorgeous with their gardens and open venue space. Having your ceremony out in the garden or overlooking the water, you never need too much to decorate it with. We love to focus on the inside reception area.

The soft gray shades of the bridesmaids dresses really were perfect with the bouquets. Sweet flower crowns were a perfect addition to their look. We loved how everything was soft but still colorful.

Who doesn’t love their pup as part of the wedding? Their dog was one of the best behaved we have seen and looked so regal in their flower collar.

There are so many amazing places to take your photos at Kiana Lodge. You have the woods, the water and of course the gardens. It is so peaceful here too. It is so easy to see any style of wedding design in this space, indoor and outdoors! This is one of the main reasons why we love this venue.

We used all dahlias for their long tables in a continuous line with greenery tucked at the base of the bud vases. They were so pretty with the bright shades of orange and coral dahlias. Their round tables had low, full arrangements that were also used to line their ceremony aisle. Pacheco’s did a great job hanging the paper lanterns in the garden atrium.
