There is so much about this wedding that I love. First off, they are the sweetest couple! Catherine and Robert decided on an intimate gathering with their closest friends and family. She loved the Mid-Century Modern feel of the Canlis Restaurant in Seattle. They are from Portland, so this was a mini destination wedding for them. They wanted bright colors, texture and succulents...yes please!!! They had a Quaker ceremony, where all their guests were their witnesses as they said their Promises to each other. Their friends and family then signed their vows. I love this ceremony! Flowers were minimal for the ceremony, just an arrangement at the table of signing and a guest sign in arrangement. I loved how Catherine's bouquet turned out. The textures and colors....it was one of my favorites of the season!!! She had collected all different Culver glasses for their centerpieces. These fit into the venue perfectly. The end of the dinner, they headed over to the Beecher's Loft in Pike Place where they got ready for the day and were staying. What an amazing, iconic view! They continued their celebration here. I was really excited to help transport the centerpieces to the loft. They had a long family style table that I placed the Culver glasses down the length of the table. Catherine said she couldn't decide in the planning process if she wanted long tables or rounds at the dinner. She basically got both!!! This was such a gorgeous design, easy set up and fantastic couple.
